Civic Interplay is a Think + Do Space.

It's inspired by the idea that change not only comes from tools and skills and facts, but also different imaginaries, and different ways of seeing the world.

These different imaginaries can become design language, data taxonomies, novel interfaces, new investment programs and intentional communities. From novel imaginaries can be born new projects, experiments, and training grounds.

There are four key channels being developed here for learning and discovery.

  1. The Guides: Philosophy and principles that shape the promise of a more care-full civic interplay between planet, place and personhood.
  2. Training Grounds: Places where novel civic-interplay relations are being cultivated in the real world.
  3. Worksheets: How-to-guides and behind-the-scenes insights from the work of building and creating through an ethic of civic interplay.
  4. The Portals: Moments of encounter with different planetary time-scales, including deep time, retuning interfaces of distraction towards greater connection with the natural world.
